Hi, I'm Jade, I am a single mom of 2 and the person behind this one-person business! I have been baking my whole life, and I started this business as a passion that grew into something I could've never imagined which led me to be featured on Fox News, interviewed for numerous publications, and winning multiple awards such as the 2025 Best Bakery in Brevard! Most of my recipes started as hand-written notecards from both of my Grandmothers, which keeps the roots of my baking strong and deeply personal, and most importantly filled with the kind of baking love you can taste.
